At this year’s Royal Show in Melbourne, Ducale will be hosting a Tastes of Victoria Master Class in Coffee each weekday (11.30am-12 noon). 

Run by Rob Stewart, the sensational and  Multi-award winning dc “Reale” from Brazil will be on show.

Rob will explain the coffee process, and then brew coffee in the Chemex Filter for the members of the audience to trial, taste and analyse.

This process of brewing coffee is a very gentle extraction (unlike 9 bar pressure in an espresso machine) and allows for a more distinct and subtle coffee for delving into the herbal and fruity aroma with flavours of caramel, honey and peanut finishing with a lingering citrus aftertaste of dc’s “Reale”. 

After such an educational coffee journey, everyone will be able to mosey over to the tastes of Victoria show stand and grab a dc “Reale” latte or short mac!
